| Dave's Fantastic Tuna Salad |
| 1 large can Chunk Light Tuna packed in Spring Water ( or 3 small cans) 2 stalks celery, finely chopped 1 medium sweet onion, finely chopped ½ Jar Dill Pickle Relish 1 box medium shell macaroni Lemon Pepper Seasoning Salad Dressing (you can use Mayonnaise, but I think it tastes better with the Salad Dressing) Drain the Tuna in a colander Mix all the ingredients except the shells in a large mixing bowl. Use the Lemon Pepper sparingly, because it can end up salty if you don’t. Add the Salad Dressing or Mayo – be generous with this so that you have a slightly soupy mixture – the pasta will absorb it, don’t worry. Cook, drain, and rinse the shells several times under cold water , unless you have lots of time before serving this. I do it this way to jump start the salad, which is best when served chilled. Add the shells to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Serve Chilled Quick, Easy, and very tasty! Bon Appetite! |
